Abstract

In this era of globalization, people need entertainment facilities to fulfill their lifestyle. One of the means of entertainment that is still the choice of many people is watching films in the cinema. Currently, many new cinemas are starting to appear, this is because there are quite a lot of cinema enthusiasts in Indonesia. This will give rise to tight competition in cinemas in Indonesia. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion explained above, it can be concluded that the level of customer satisfaction with the service and performance provided by Cinema XXI at Mall based on the Gap 5 Analysis is that of the ten indicators created to measure customer satisfaction.
